The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a membrane (1) from a blank (39) by a cure, which membrane comprises two rubber layers (40, 41) and a fabric-formed reinforcement layer (19), positioned between said rubber layers. In order to counteract and prevent respectively undesirable displacements of said reinforcement layer (19) membrane sections, which are movable in an application position, are manufactured according to the invention having a form, which deviates from the application form, and/or are exposed to stretching during the cure in order to within said membrane section bring about a displacement of said reinforcement layer (19) across a portion of at least one of said rubber layers (40, 41) and consequently a position, which deviates from the blank building up during the cure. The invention also relates to a membrane, manufactured according to this method as well as a mold tool designed to carry out said method and said manufacture of said membrane respectively.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une membrane (1) à partir d'une ébauche (39) par la cuisson. Cette membrane comprend deux couches caoutchouc (40, 41) et, intercalée entre elles, une couche de renforcement (19) constituée d'un tissu. Pour respectivement agir à l'encontre et empêcher les déplacements indésirables de cette couche de renforcement (19), des sections de membrane qui sont mobiles en position d'application, sont produites selon l'invention en ayant une forme dérivant de la forme d'application et/ou sont exposées à un étirement pendant la cuisson afin d'entraîner, dans cette section membrane, un déplacement de la couche de renforcement (19) sur une partie d'au moins une couche caoutchouc (40, 41), ce qui permet d'obtenir une position qui dévie de l'ébauche pendant la cuisson. L'invention concerne une membrane produite selon ce procédé ainsi qu'un outil de moulage destiné à la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé et la production de cette membrane.
