The present invention provides a method for sterilization of objects comprising: (a) placing the object that should be sterilized in a closed vessel; a "closed vessel" includes also any form of closed container or any closed plastic bag. The closed vessel may or may not have internal electric conductors; (b) placing the closed vessel between two high voltage electrodes; (c) applying a high voltage between the said electrodes and converting the oxygen in the air inside the closed vessel into ozone; (d) keeping the sterilized object inside the closed vessel as long as needed. Furthermore, the said invention provides a device for ozone sterilization of objects for use in the above mentioned method comprising: a sterilization chamber, two parallel high voltage electrodes located inside the said chamber and connected to a high voltage transformer, a closed vessel with or without internal electrodes located between the two high voltage electrodes and the object to be sterilized is placed inside the said vessel; and two parallel insulators located between the two high voltage electrodes and the closed vessel.

L'invention concerne un procédé de stérilisation d'objets consistant à: (a) placer l'objet à stériliser dans un réservoir fermé, à savoir toute forme de réservoir fermé ou tout sac fermé en plastique, pouvant comporter ou non des conducteurs électriques intérieurs; (b) placer ce réservoir fermé entre deux électrodes haute tension, (c) appliquer une tension élevée entre lesdites électrodes et convertir en ozone l'oxygène de l'air contenu à l'intérieur du réservoir fermé, (d) garder l'objet stérilisé à l'intérieur dudit réservoir aussi longtemps que nécessaire. De plus, l'invention concerne un dispositif de stérilisation à l'ozone, qui permet de mettre en application ce procédé et qui comprend: une chambre de stérilisation; deux électrodes haute tension parallèles situées à l'intérieur de ladite chambre et reliées à un transformateur haute tension; un réservoir fermé comportant ou non des électrodes intérieures situées entre les deux électrodes haute tension, l'objet à stériliser étant placé à l'intérieur dudit réservoir; deux isolants parallèles situés entre les deux électrodes haute tension et le réservoir fermé.
