A method and device for the dewatering of a fibre suspension, the suspension from above being introduced into an elongate tubular vertically orientated container of a fibre separation material such as wire cloth, the container being formed of a wider endless flexible wire band and a more slender endless flexible wire band, which mutually are lap joined at adjacent border parts, which carry a respective part of a Velcro coupling, the cross section of the wider band being reshaped to C-shape, by folding the two border parts thereof in over one of the main surfaces, and the folded border parts of the wider band are brought into overlapping contact with the overlapping border parts of the extended more slender band. The screening pipe is established along a common longitudinal section of the tracks of the two wire bands, the lower end part of the screening container being kept substantially sealed, and the fibre suspension being introduced by elevated pressure to a nozzle assembly which is centrally placed in the screening pipe, the fibre suspension being led out from the nozzle assembly via a number of spray nozzles spaced-apart around the nozzle assembly, toward the inside of the screen pipe.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'égouttage d'une suspension de fibres, ladite suspension étant introduite dans un contenant oblong tubulaire vertical en matériau de séparation fibreux tel qu'une toile métallique. Le contenant est formé d'une toile sans fin souple large et d'une toile sans fin souple plus étroite toutes deux jointes par recouvrement au niveau des bordures adjacentes, lesquelles comportent respectivement une fermeture Velcro®. La section transversale de la toile large prend la forme d'un C par pliage des deux bordures de celle-ci sur l'une des surfaces principales, les bordures ainsi pliées de la toile large étant amenées en contact de recouvrement avec les bordures chevauchantes de la toile plus étroite étendue. Le tuyau filtrant est placé le long d'une section longitudinale commune des pistes des deux toiles sans fin. La partie terminale inférieure du contenant filtrant est maintenue sensiblement étanche, et la suspension de fibres est introduite par augmentation de pression dans un ensemble buse placé au centre du tuyau filtrant. La suspension de fibres est expulsée de l'ensemble buse au moyen d'un certain nombre de buses de pulvérisation espacées les unes des autres, montées autour de l'ensemble buse, et tournées vers l'intérieur du tuyau filtrant.
