The present invention relates to a method of automatically forming, filling, and closing reclosable packaging bags based on a film (1) of flexible material, e.g. a thermoplastic material, provided with added-on strips (110, 112) and in particular complementary male and female slideway closure strips, the method comprising the steps consisting in: providing a feed of flexible film (1); providing a feed of strips (110, 112); and fixing the strips (110, 112) on the film (1) by heat sealing; characterized by the fact that: the step of feeding strips consists in providing a tape (100) of flexible material carrying the complementary strips (110, 112); and the step of fixing consists in heat sealing the tape (100) onto the film (1) prior to feeding the resulting assembly (1, 100) to the tube-forming neck of an automatic machine for forming, filling, and closing packaging bags. The invention also relates to machines for implementing the method and to the resulting bags.
La présente invention porte sur une méthode consistant à former, remplir et fermer des sacs d'emballage qui se referment et qui sont fabriqués à partir d'une pellicule (1) de matériau souple, p. ex. un matériau thermoplastique, de bandes à ajouter (110, 112) et en particulier, de bandes de fermeture à glissières mâles et femelles complémentaires; la méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : assurer l'alimentation en pellicule souple (1); assurer l'alimentation en bandes (110, 112); et fixer les bandes (110, 112) sur la pellicule (1) par thermoscellage; la méthode est caractérisée par les points suivants : l'étape d'alimentation en bandes consiste à fournir un ruban (100) de matériau souple portant les bandes complémentaires (110, 112); et l'étape de la fixation consiste à thermosceller le ruban (100) sur la pellicule (1) avant d'amener l'ensemble résultant (1, 100) au col de formation du tube d'une machine automatique pour former, remplir, et fermer les sacs d'emballage. L'invention porte également sur les machines de mise en oeuvre de la méthode et sur les sacs qui sont produits.
