Automatic management of demand for non-durables like electrical energy, gas, thermal energy and fresh water is provided by a two-way communication network between a Multi Utility provider (20) and many respective End-users (5). Specialized electronic boxes (27, 28) at the End-users' premises receive broadcast dowlink signals from the Multi Utility provider (20), initiate metering action and transmit to the Multi Utility Provider uplink return signals containing instant or semi-instant non-durables consumption values, thereby collectively influencing the Multi Utility provider's pricing of non- durables.
L'invention concerne la gestion automatique de biens non durables, tels que l'énergie électrique, le gaz, l'énergie thermique et l'eau douce, assurée par un réseau de communication bidirectionnel entre un fournisseur de services publics multiples (20) et plusieurs utilisateurs finaux respectifs (5). Des boîtes électroniques spécialisées (27, 28) situées dans les locaux des utilisateurs terminaux reçoivent les signaux de liaison descendante en diffusion provenant du fournisseur de services publics multiples (20), lancent une opération de mesure et transmettent audit fournisseur les signaux de retour de liaison montante contenant des valeurs de consommation de biens non-durables semi-instantanées, ce qui a un effet collectif sur la tarification des biens non durables par le fournisseur de services publics multiples.
