The present invention relates to a method for controlling a cooking device, in particular an induction hob. The method comprises the steps of activating an overload power (P OVER) for at least one electric or electronic component of the cooking device by using at least two synchronized generators, which overload power (P OVER) is greater than a standard maximum power (P MAX), deactivating the overload power (P OVER) after a predetermined period (.DELTA.t), and operating the cooking device at a power (P), which is at most the standard maximum power (P MAX) .cndot. The standard maximum power (P MAX) is provided for a permanent operation of the cooking device. The overload power (P OVER) and/or the period (.DELTA.t) are determined by a function depending on at least the overload power (P OVER) and the period (.DELTA.t). The present invention relates further to a corresponding apparatus for controlling a cooking device, in particular an induction hob.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour commander un dispositif de cuisson, en particulier une table de cuisson à induction. Le procédé consiste à activer une puissance de surcharge (POVER) pour au moins un composant électrique ou électronique du dispositif de cuisson à l'aide d'au moins deux générateurs synchronisés, laquelle puissance de surcharge (POVER) est supérieure à une puissance maximale standard (PMAX), à désactiver la puissance de surcharge (POVER) après une période prédéterminée (?t), et à faire fonctionner le dispositif de cuisson à une puissance (P) qui est au plus la puissance maximale standard (PMAX). La puissance maximale standard (PMAX) est prévue pour un fonctionnement permanent du dispositif de cuisson. La puissance de surcharge (POVER) et/ou la période (?t) sont déterminées par une fonction qui dépend au moins de la puissance de surcharge (POVER) et de la période (?t). La présente invention porte en outre sur un appareil correspondant pour commander un dispositif de cuisson, en particulier une table de cuisson à induction.
