A method and an apparatus (10; 31) for identification of foreign bodies (4) in packaged beverages, where the package (1; 12; 30) and the beverage are translucent and the foreign bodies (4) have a density greater than that of the beverage. The method is unique in that the package (1; 12; 30) is oriented in a first position in which the foreign bodies (4) are collected on an internal, upwardly directed face (5) in the package (1; 12; 30), and that the package (1; 12; 30) is then turned to at least one subsequent inclined position having an inclination sufficient for the foreign bodies (4) to perform a downward movement along said face (5). During this movement, at least one of the foreign bodies (4) is identified by comparing at least two successive position- determining detections. This provides a method and an apparatus (10; 31) for certain identification of foreign bodies (4) in dark as well as light beverages and in disposable as well as recyclable packages (1; 12; 30).
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un appareil (10; 31) qui servent à identifier des corps étrangers (4) dans des boissons emballées, l'emballage (1; 12; 30) et la boisson étant translucides et les corps étrangers (4) ayant une densité supérieure à celle de la boisson. Ce procédé est unique en ce que l'emballage (1; 12; 30) est orienté dans une première position dans laquelle les corps étrangers (4) sont recueillis sur une face interne dirigée vers le haut (5) de l'emballage (1; 12; 30), et en ce que l'emballage (1; 12; 30) est ensuite amené à tourner dans au moins une position inclinée ultérieure ayant une inclinaison suffisante pour que les corps étrangers (4) effectuent un mouvement descendant le long de cette face (5). Durant ce mouvement, au moins l'un des corps étrangers (4) est identifié par comparaison d'au moins deux detections de détermination de positions successives. On obtient un procédé et un appareil (10; 31) permettant une certaine identification de corps étrangers (4) aussi bien dans les boissons de couleurs sombres que dans les boissons de couleurs claires et aussi bien dans des emballages jetables que dans des emballages recyclables (1; 12; 30).
