The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for changing frozen raw materials into a product, which is like a certain raw-material snow with the purpose of being able to work with their qualities, for example, by mixing them with other materials, and handling them in various ways without thawing them. The method is executed with a shredder or apparatus, which can be operated at the common storage temperature of frozen products, and the materials/snow will, upon such handling, be easy for continued working under common freezing storage temperatures, and allows control of factors such as the size of the particles, the mixing proportions, pressing, binding, and the format in order for them to serve diverse purposes, alone or mixed with other materials without them being subjected to immediate ruin. The method may be useful in the bait industry and in the fish-farming fodder industry, as well as the method providing vast opportunities in the processing of frozen foods.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil servant à changer des matières premières gelées en un produit, qui ressemble à de la neige de matière première, en vue de pouvoir travailler sur leurs qualités, par exemple en les mélangeant avec d'autres matières, et en les manipulant de diverses manières sans les décongeler. Ledit procédé est réalisé au moyen d'un déchiqueteur ou d'un appareil pouvant fonctionner à la température de stockage normale des produits gelés, et les matières/neige peuvent être facilement travaillées pour ladite manipulation, à des températures de stockage de gel normal. Ledit appareil permet le contrôle de facteurs tels que la taille des particules, les proportions de mélange, les actions de presse, de liaison, et le format de façon à ce que les matières servent à des fins diverses, seules ou mélangées avec d'autres matières sans les abîmer. Ledit procédé est utile dans l'industrie de l'esche et dans l'industrie alimentaire pour la pisciculture, et offre des opportunités dans le traitement de produits gelés.
