A method is disclosed for production of a fibrous product containing curled fibers. Rectilinear bi-component fibers (17) are applied to the upper side of a raw material sheet (2) before it is introduced into a defibrator (1). Immediately before the introduction, a heating (at 8) is effected. When the recitilinear bi-component fibers (17) are introduced into the defibrator (1), the beater bars (9) would effect a curling effect thereby providing a raw material comprising curled bi-component fibers. Hereby it is possible to substantially reduce the manufacturing costs, however, having the effect of curled bi-component fibers in the final fibrous product. Moreover, a good bonding of the fibers is obtained in the final product.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit fibreux contenant des fibres ondulées. Des fibres rectilignes à deux composants (17) sont appliquées sur le côté supérieur d'une feuille en matière brute (2) avant que cette dernière soit introduite dans une défibreuse (1), une opération de chauffe étant réalisée 8à 8) immédiatement avant l'introduction. Lorsque les fibres rectilignes à deux composants (17) sont introduites dans la défibreuse (1), les lames de piles (9) produisent un effet ondulant et permettent de produire une matière brute comprenant des fibres ondulées à deux composants. Il est ainsi possible de réduire sensiblement les coûts de fabrication, et d'obtenir des fibres ondulées à deux composants dans le produit fibreux final ainsi qu'une bonne liaison des fibres de ce dernier.
