The present invention relates to a method for automatic separation of foremilk and/or milk not suitable for consumption from the milk line system of a milking plant and an apparatus for carrying out said method. A separating device (44) is arranged at the ends of a milk line (52) and a test milk line (56), said milk lines being parallel. The separating device is designed with a damper means (48) attached to a cup (46). When milk is fed through the outlet (16), the cup (46) is filled up and its weight pivots the separating device from a first position, in which the inlet to a milk line (52) is closed by means of the damper mean, to a second position, in which the milk in cup is poured into a test milk line (56) and the damper means is lifted off the inlet (50) to the milk line (52).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation automatique du premier lait et/ou du lait impropre à la consommation dans un système de conduits de lait d'une installation de traite et un appareil destiné à mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé. Un dispositif de séparation (44) est agencé aux extrémités d'un conduit (52) de lait et d'un conduit (56) de lait d'analyse, lesdits conduits de lait étant parallèles. Le dispositif de séparation est conçu avec un moyen de registre (48) fixé sur un godet (46). Lorsque le lait passe par la sortie (16), le godet (46) est rempli et son poids fait pivoter le dispositif de séparation d'une première position, dans laquelle l'entrée dans le conduit (52) de lait est fermée par le moyen de registre, à une seconde position dans laquelle le lait se trouvant dans le godet est versé dans un conduit (56) de lait d'analyse et le moyen de registre est soulevé de l'entrée (50) dans le conduit (52) de lait.
