According to the invention, the detergent or cleaner is mixed with water and this mixture is fed into a trade washing machine or dish washer. Thus, the detergent or cleaner is loaded continuously or in portions onto a weighing scale and from there supplied to a mixing vessel once a predetermined weight has been reached. At the same time water is allowed to flow into the mixing vessel, where a ratio of at most 5 kg per minute detergent or cleaner to 8 l water per minute is maintained. With this costeffective metering process, detergent or cleaner can be metered precisely in the standard amounts for commercial laundering or washing operations and fed in without any problem.
Selon l'invention, le détergent est mélangé à de l'eau puis ce mélange est acheminé à l'intérieur du lave-linge ou du lave-vaisselle industriel. A cet effet, le détergent est déposé en continu ou par portions sur le plateau d'une balance puis transporté, lorsqu'il atteint un poids nominal prédéterminé, du plateau de la balance à un récipient de mélange. Simultanément, on verse de l'eau dans le récipient de mélange et on maintient un rapport maximal de 5 kg par min de détergent pour 8 l d'eau par min. Ce procédé de dosage économique permet un dosage précis du détergent selon les quantités usuelles pour le lavage industriel du linge ou de la vaisselle, et son introduction sans problème dans la partie de lavage.
