The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for testing receiver antennas in radio base stations. A low-power RF signal is emitted, having a frequency corresponding to the carrier frequency of the receiver. This signal is coupled to a transmitter antenna to be transmitted to a receiver antenna of the same system. The signal thus received is analysed by the receiver in oder to determine the integrity of the receiver antenna.
L'invention porte sur un procédé et un arrangement destinés à tester des antennes réceptrices dans des stations radio fixes. Un signal RF de faible puissance est émis à une fréquence correspondant à la fréquence porteuse du récepteur. Ce signal est couplé à une antenne émettrice pour être tansmis à une antenne réceptrice dans le même système. Le signal ainsi reçu est analysé par le récepteur afin de déterminer l'intégrité de l'antenne réceptrice.
