The invention is related to a method for generating hardness and/or strain information of a tissue which can be subject to a varying pressure, the method comprising: - positioning at least one signal transmitter (1) outside the tissue (10); - positioning at least one signal receiver (1) outside the tissue (10); - using the signal transmitter (1) to send signals (S) at different angles towards the tissue; - using the signal receiver (1) to receive signals from the tissue (10), wherein the received signals result from the signals that have been sent by said signal transmitter. The invention is also related to an apparatus for carrying out the method.
L~invention concerne un procédé de génération d~informations relatives à la dureté et/ou la déformation d~un tissu susceptible d~être soumis à une pression variable, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : - placer au moins un émetteur de signaux (1) à l~extérieur du tissu (10) ; - placer au moins un récepteur de signaux (1) à l~extérieur du tissu (10) ; - utiliser l~émetteur de signaux (1) pour envoyer des signaux (S) selon des angles différents en direction du tissu ; - utiliser le récepteur de signaux (1) pour recevoir des signaux provenant du tissu (10), les signaux reçus résultant des signaux qui ont été envoyés par l~émetteur de signaux. L~invention concerne également un appareil permettant de mettre en AEuvre le procédé.
