A method is disclosed for predicting the presence of haemo-static dysfunction. At least one time-dependent measurement (101) on an unknown sample (103) is performed and a respective prop-erty of the sample (103) is measured over time so as to derive a time-dependent measurement profile. One or more predictor vari-ables (110), including initial slope, are defined which sufficiently define the data of the time-dependent measurement profile. A model (113) is then derived that represents the relationship between an ab-normality and a set of predictor variables (110). Subsequently, the model (113) is utilized to predict haemostatic dysfunction.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de prévoir un dysfonctionnement hémostatique. On effectue au moins une mesure diachronique (101) sur un prélèvement inconnu (103) et on évalue dans le temps une propriété respective du prélèvement pour établir un profil de mesure diachronique. On définit une ou plusieurs variables prédictives (110), y compris la pente initiale, qui définissent de façon suffisante les données du profil de mesure diachronique. On déduit ensuite un modèle (113) qui représente la relation entre la fonction anormale et une série de variables prédictives (110). Enfin, le modèle (113) est utilisé pour prévoir le dysfonctionnement hémostatique.
