The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for producing a fluid ice, wherein the temperature, the thickness and the grain size of the fluid ice is controlled. This is done by mixing ice together with at least two liquid phases, and stirring the mix together, wherein the stirring is maintained until the desired grain size and the desired temperature of the fluid ice is obtained.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à la production de glace liquide, dans lesquels la température, l'épaisseur et la granulométrie de la glace liquide sont régulés. Cette réalisation s'effectue en mélangeant la glace avec au moins deux phases liquides, en agitant l'ensemble, cette agitation étant maintenue jusqu'à obtention de la granulométrie et de la température recherchées de la glace liquide.
