The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for recovering heat, in which heat is recovered from exhaust air by a heat recovery unit (2) on the exhaust side and the recovered heat is transferred to the supply air. To eliminate the problem of freezing and to increase the efficiency of heat recovery, non-freezing liquid is spread on the surfaces of the heat recovery unit (2) on the exhaust side.

Une unité de récupération de chaleur (2) récupère la chaleur provenant d'une évacuation d'air du côté évacuation et, une fois récupérée, cette chaleur est transférée vers une alimentation en air. Afin de trouver une solution au problème du gel et d'accroître le rendement en matière de récupération de chaleur, un liquide antigel est répandu sur les surfaces de l'unité de récupération de chaleur (2) du côté évacuation.
