Production method of nanofibres from the polymeric solution through electrostatic spinning in electric field created by a difference of potentials between the collecting electrode (4) and pivoted spinning electrode (1) of an oblong shape touching by a part of its circuit the polymeric solution (3), while by rotation of the spinning electrode (1) the polymeric solution (3), at least by a portion of its surface, is carried out into the electric field in which on the surface of the collecting electrode (4) the nanofibres are created which are carried to the collecting electrode (4) and deposited on the surface of a basic material (5) guided between the spinning electrode (1) and the collecting electrode (4) in vicinity of the collecting electrode (4). The polymeric solution (3), on surface of the spinning electrode (1) in a place of intersection of surface of the spinning electrode (1) with the plane interlaid by the axis of the spinning electrode (1) and being perpendicular to the plane of the base material (5), along the whole length of the spinning electrode (1), is subject to the electric field of a maximum and equal intensity, through which a high and even spinning effect is achieved along the whole length of the spinning electrode (1). The invention also relates to the device for production of nanofibres from polymeric solution through electrostatic spinning.
L~invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanofibres à partir de la solution polymère par filage électrostatique dans un champ électrique créé par une différence de potentiels entre l~électrode de collecte (4) et l~électrode de filage pivotée (1) de forme oblongue venant avec une partie de son circuit au contact de la solution polymère (3), alors que par la rotation de l~électrode de filage (1) la solution polymère (3), au moins avec une portion de sa surface, est transportée dans le champ électrique dans lequel à la surface de l~électrode de collecte (4) les nanofibres sont créées, puis acheminées à l~électrode de collecte (4) et déposées à la surface d~un matériau de base (5) guidé entre l~électrode de filage (1) et l~électrode de collecte (4) au voisinage de l~électrode de collecte (4). La solution polymère (3), à la surface de l~électrode de filage (1) en un point d~intersection de surface de l~électrode de filage (1) avec le plan interposé par l~axe de l~électrode de filage (1) et perpendiculaire au plan du matériau de base (5), sur toute la longueur de l~électrode de filage (1), est soumise à un champ électrique d~une intensité maximale et égale, garantissant un effet de filage élevé et uniforme sur toute la longueur de l~électrode de filage (1). L~invention concerne également le dispositif de fabrication de nanofibres à partir de la solution polymère par filage électrostatique.
