The invention relates to a method and to a plant for drying with circulating driving air wooden elements that are stacked in mutually spaced relationship in a chamber (2) which is essentially sealed from the outside. The heat content and the moisture content of the drying air can be controlled, wherein the moisture content of the drying air circulating in the chamber (2) is controlled by ventilation and the driving air is cooled by and condenses on one or more cooling surfaces (11) disposed in the chamber as the air passes in contact with said surfaces. these surfaces being cooled by replacement air which enters the chamber (2) from outside the chamber.
L'invention porte sur un procédé et une installation permettant d'assécher par circulation d'air des éléments de bois qui sont empilés selon un certain espacement dans une chambre (2) essentiellement étanche par rapport à l'extérieur. La température et la teneur en humidité de l'air de séchage peut être régulée, la teneur en humidité de l'air de séchage circulant dans la chambre (2) étant réglée par une ventilation. Cet air de séchage est refroidi et subit une condensation par l'effet d'une ou plusieurs surfaces de refroidissement (11) disposées à l'intérieur de la chambre, tandis qu'il s'écoule au contact de ces surfaces, lesquelles sont refroidies par l'air de renouvellement arrivant dans la chambre (2) depuis l'extérieur.
