A method of analysing an evolution of a biological system comprising the steps of determining a series of variables upon which a state of the biological system depends, mapping the variables to an n-dimensional space, and wherein the evolution of the biological system is monitored utilising a trajectory formed from sets of the variables which define the states of the biological system at different times, thereby using time as a parameter in the n- dimensional space in a manner such that every point on the trajectory corresponds to at least one value of time.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'analyser l'évolution d'un système biologique, ce procédé consistant tout d'abord à définir une série de variables dont dépend un état de ce système biologique. Ce procédé consiste ensuite à appliquer ces variables à un espace n-dimensionnel, l'évolution du système biologique étant contrôlée à l'aide d'une trajectoire constituée par plusieurs ensembles des variables définissant les états dudit système biologique à différents moments. On utilise donc le temps comme un paramètre de l'espace n-dimensionnel, de sorte que chaque point de la trajectoire correspond à au moins une valeur temporelle.
