The present invention relates to a method for aperturing a laminate (32). The first step is to provide a laminate (32) having at least one nonwoven web of thermoplastic fibers (22, 24) and at least one elastic member (50). The laminate (32) is forwarded through a pressure biased nip having a relief patterned nip defining member (150) having a plurality of pattern elements (151) and a nip defining anvil member (124). The nip defining members (151) are biased towards each other with a predetermined pattern-element loading. Each nip defining member (124, 152) is heated to a temperature that is sufficiently above the melt temperature of the thermoplastic fibers of the nonwoven web and above the melt temperature of the elastic member to enable aperturing of the laminate (32).
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de perforer un laminé (32). La première étape consiste à former un laminé (32) comportant au moins un voile non tissé de fibres thermoplastiques (22,24) et au moins un élément élastique (50). On fait avancer le laminé (32) à travers une pince chargée par pression constituée par un élément (150) définissant une pince à motifs en relief comprenant plusieurs éléments (151) de motif et un élément enclume (124) définissant une pince. Les éléments (151) définissant la pince sont chargés l'un vers l'autre au moyen d'un chargement d'éléments de motif prédéterminé. On échauffe chaque élément (124, 152) définissant la pince à une température suffisamment au-dessus de la température de fusion des fibres thermoplastiques du voile non tissé et au-dessus de la température de fusion de l'élément élastique pour pouvoir perforer le laminé (32).
