The present invention relates to a method for cleaning process apparatus used for production of liquids, especially for cleaning filters, for example membrane filters. The apparatus is contacted with a solution of periodate. According to a first embodiment the solution is acidic. According to a second embodiment the solution is basic. It is especially preferred that the cleaning process is carried out at a temperature between 15 °C and 95 °C.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de nettoyage d'un appareil de traitement utilisé pour la production de liquides, en particulier pour nettoyer des filtres, par exemple des filtres à membrane. L'appareil vient en contact avec une solution de périodate. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la solution est acide. Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, la solution est basique. On préfère en particulier que le traitement de nettoyage soit effectué à une température entre 15 °C et 95 °C.
