Disclosed is a method for parallel delivery of agents to and/or into a cell structure, wherein at least two electrolyte-filled tubes are provided together with a counter electrode, the tubes being connected to a voltage or current generator, said agents being introduced into the electrolyte solution contained in the tubes, which are placed close to the cell structure, whereupon the agents are transported through the tubes to said cell structure and into the said structure through pores which have been formed by application of an electric field focused on the cell structure, resulting in electroporation of the cell structure. Also different applications of the method is disclosed, e.g. use of the method in order to transfer cell- impermeant solutes, such as drugs or genes, into the cell structure or out of the cell structure.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'administration parallèle d'agents à une structure cellulaire et/ou dans cette structure. Selon ce procédé, au moins deux tubes remplis d'électrolyte sont pourvus d'une contre-électrode, les tubes étant connectés à un générateur de courant ou de tension. Lesdits agents sont introduits dans la solution électrolytique contenue dans les tubes qui sont disposés à proximité de la structure cellulaire, puis, ils sont acheminés à travers les tubes jusqu'à la structure cellulaire et dans celle-ci à travers des pores formées par application d'un champ électrique focalisé sur ladite structure, ce qui débouche sur une électroporation de la structure cellulaire. Cette invention a également trait à différentes applications du procédé, par exemple, à l'utilisation du procédé en vue de transférer des solutés imperméants cellulaires, tels que des médicaments ou des gènes, dans ou hors de la structure cellulaire.
