The invention concerns a method for cooling containers, wherein cold is generated in a primary circuit (2) containing a cooling medium. Cold is supplied via a heat exchanger (5) to a cold carrier in a secondary circuit (3). The secondary circuit's cold carrier flows into a container (9) through pipes (6) with releasable couplings (13), transferring cold to the container (9) through a heat exchanger (12). Cold is stored in one or more cold stores (8, 11) in the secondary circuit, in or outside the container (9), for subsequent emission in the event of an interruption in the cold supply. The invention also concerns a cooling system (1) for implementation of the method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de refroidissement de conteneurs, selon lequel le froid est produit dans un circuit primaire (2) contenant un fluide réfrigérant. Le froid est fourni, par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur de chaleur (5), à un fluide caloporteur, dans un circuit secondaire (3). Le fluide caloporteur du circuit secondaire passe dans un conteneur (9) grâce à des tuyaux (6) pourvus de raccords amovibles (13), transférant le froid au conteneur (9) par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur de chaleur (12). Le froid est stocké dans une ou plusieurs réserves de froid (8, 11), dans le circuit secondaire, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du conteneur (9), en vue d'une émission ultérieure en cas d'interruption de l'alimentation en froid. L'invention concerne aussi un système frigorifique (1) destiné à l'application du procédé.
