A method for moving metal sheets of a working area by means of an antropomorphous robot comprises a) the taking of preselected fixed input data that identify the geometry in the space of components of the working island; b) the taking from a machine tool of preselected variable input data consisting of dimensions and shape of a preselected metal sheet to be handled and sequence of working of preselected metal sheet; c) the processing of the fixed and variable input data on a processing unit in order to generate automatically output data that identify a preselected trajectory of the metal sheet to be handled and d) the transfer of the output data to a control unit of the robot in order to drive said robot to move the metal sheet along the preselected trajectory so as to handle said metal sheets selected by type.
Méthode pour déplacer des feuilles de métal dans une aire de travail au moyen d'un robot anthropomorphe. La méthode consiste à : a) utiliser des données d'entrée fixes et prédéterminées qui identifient la géométrie de l'espace des composants dans l'aire de travail; b) obtenir d'une machine-outil des données d'entrée variables prédéterminées représentant les dimensions et la forme d'une feuille de métal prédéterminée à manoeuvrer et la séquence de travail de la feuille de métal prédéterminée; c) soumettre des données fixes et variables à un appareil de traitement afin de produire automatiquement des données de sortie identifiant une trajectoire prédéterminée de la feuille de métal à manoeuvrer et d) transférer les données de sortie à l'unité de commande du robot pour que ce dernier reçoive la commande de déplacer la feuille de métal en suivant une trajectoire prédéterminée de façon à manoeuvrer les feuilles de métal choisies par type.
