A double-structured tissue implant (DSTI) and a method for preparation and use thereof for implantation into tissue defects. The double-structured tissue implant for differentiation, growth and transformation of cells, stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells and bone marrow stem cells. DSTI comprising a primary scaffold and a secondary scaffold consisting of a soluble collagen solution in combination with a non-ionic surfactant generated and positioned within the primary scaffold.

La présente invention concerne un implant tissulaire à double structure (DSTI) et un procédé destiné de préparation et d'utilisation de celui-ci permettant son implantation dans des lésions tissulaires. L'implant tissulaire à double structure est destiné à la différenciation, la croissance et la transformation de cellules, de cellules souches, de cellules souches mésenchymateuses et de cellules souches de la moelle osseuse. Le DSTI comprend un support principal et un support secondaire comprenant une solution de collagène soluble combinée à un agent de surface non ionique généré et positionné dans le support principal.
