The present invention concerns a method and arrangement for improving antenna performance parameters, said antenna mainly comprising radiating means (19, 25, 28), for radiating a beam in a substantially predefined direction, said radiating means preferably being provided on a supporting structure (16, 16'). The arrangement includes at least one device (21, 21') to mechanically tilt the radiating means in a first direction substantially diverging from said predefined direction, and means to tilt said beam in a second substantially opposite direction electrically.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'améliorer les paramètres de performances de l'antenne. Cette antenne comprend principalement un moyen de rayonnement (19, 25, 28) permettant le rayonnement d'un faisceau dans une direction sensiblement prédéterminée. Ce moyen de rayonnement est, de préférence, placé sur une structure support (16, 16'). Le système comprend au moins un dispositif (21, 21') permettant d'incliner mécaniquement le moyen de rayonnement dans une première direction divergeant sensiblement de ladite direction prédéterminée et un moyen permettant d'incliner électriquement le faisceau dans une seconde direction sensiblement opposée.
