A method for producing a resin masking material in which production of the masking material can be started in the early stage, a highly accurate molding of the masking material can be formed in a short period of time, and the effect of thermal shrinkage of the masking material can be corrected accurately in a short time after molding while shortening the production schedule of the masking material greatly. A die for molding the resin masking material (1) covering the masking part (3) of a member (2) being masked is produced using CAD data concerning design of the member (2) being masked; and the method for producing the resin masking material (1) for molding the resin masking material (1) using the molding die. The resin masking material (1) is produced by the molding die using a resin sheet through vacuum and/or pressure foring and trimmed by means of a robot being operated by trimming position data obtained from the CAD data after molding.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser un matériau de masquage en résine, selon lequel la production du matériau est lancée relativement tôt, un moulage de haute précision du matériau de masquage est façonné en peu de temps, et l'effet de la contraction thermique dudit matériau de masquage est rapidement et précisément corrigé après le moulage, réduisant ainsi sensiblement le programme de production de ce matériau de masquage. Une puce est réalisée pour le moulage du matériau (1) de masquage en résine couvrant l'élément de masquage (3) d'un dispositif (2) à masquer, la réalisation de cette puce se basant sur des données CAO relatives au concept du dispositif (2) à masquer. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé pour produire le matériau (1) de masquage en résine et pour le mouler au moyen de la puce de moulage. Ce matériau (1) de masquage en résine réalisé au moyen de la puce de moulage comprend l'utilisation d'une feuille de résine, le formage sous vide et/ou à la presse et l'ébarbage par un robot fonctionnant selon des données de positions d'ébarbage, ces données étant obtenues à partir des données CAO après le moulage.
