The invention relates to chemistry and in particular to technology for processing hydrocarbon fuel, including engine fuel. The invention makes it possible to obtain a fuel with high cetane and octane numbers by means of the following: the initial fuel supply occurs simultaneously with ejection; an ozone containing gas is fed into the ejection area; turbulent flows are created by displacement of such a mixture; the transformed mixture is directed into a volume with a stable pressure level; and thermodynamic equalization of the mixture parameters is achieved. During thermodynamic equalization, sprayed water is injected into said mixture. The inventive process is implemented by means of devices provided with an ejector, whereby said ejector has a suction pipe connected to an ozone generator, an input connected to initial fuel supply source and an output connected to an apparatus for the enrichment and transformation of fuel, whereby said apparatus comprises serially connected flow-through cylindrical chambers, between which an electrohydrodynamic flow converter is located, and one or two chambers for thermodynamic equalization. In such a case, the device is provided with a spray water supply source and with an electrohydrodynamic separator.
L'invention relève du domaine de la chimie et concerne notamment une technologie de traitement de carburant hydrocarboné, y compris de carburant pour moteurs. L'invention permet d'obtenir un carburant à indices d'octane et de cétane élevés au moyen du procédé suivant: l'alimentation en carburant initial se fait simultanément avec l'éjection; un gaz contenant de l'ozone est alimenté dans la zone d'éjection; des flux turbulents sont créés par le déplacement du mélange ainsi formé; le mélange transformé est acheminé dans un volume à niveau de pression stable; on effectue ensuite l'égalisation thermodynamique des paramètres du mélange. Lors de l'égalisation thermodynamique, on injecte dans le mélange de l'eau pulvérisée. Le procédé de l'invention est mis en oeuvre au moyen de dispositifs munis d'un éjecteur qui possède un tuyau d'aspiration relié à un générateur d'ozone, une entrée reliée à la source d'alimentation en carburant initial et une sortie reliée à un appareil d'enrichissement et de transformation du carburant, ledit appareil étant constitué de chambres cylindriques à circulation directe reliées en série, entre lesquelles est disposé un convertisseur électrohydrodynamique de flux, et d'une ou de deux chambres d'égalisation thermodynamique. Dans ce dernier cas de figure, le dispositif est muni d'une source d'alimentation en eau pulvérisée et d'un séparateur électrohydrodynamique.
