The present invention is concerned with method for pharmacologically profiling compounds using an array of substrates, in particular kinase substrates, immobilized on a porous matrix. This method was found particular useful in the prediction of drug response, i.e. to enable the distinction between responders and non-responders in the treatment of cells, tissues, organs or warm-blooded animals with the compound to be tested, and in compound differentiation.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'établissement de profils pharmacologiques de composés à l'aide d'un ensemble de substrats, en particulier des substrats de kinase, immobilisés sur une matrice poreuse. Ce procédé a été trouvé particulièrement utile dans la prédiction d'une réponse à un médicament, à savoir pour permettre la distinction entre des répondants et des non répondants dans le traitement de cellules, de tissus, d'organes ou d'animaux à sang chaud par le composé à tester, et dans la différenciation du composé.
