A method for preparing a laminate substantially free from warp is disclosed which is capable of solving problems of lowering of yield and impairment of quarilty of the product. The method comprises: pressing a first heater against upper and lower surfaces of a veneer for a predetermined period of time to effect appropriate drying, dividing the veneer in terms of its thickness into two counter veneers by means of an appropriate divider, placing another ligneous board between the counter veneers via an adhesive in such a manner that surfaces resulting from the dividing are disposed as outer surfaces, and that grains of the counter veneers substantially conform to each other, and pressing a second heater against the surfaces resulting from the dividing to effect bonding of the counter veneers and the ligneous board.

Méthode pour préparer un stratifié essentiellement libre de voilement qui est capable de résoudre les problèmes de baisse de rendement et de mauvaise qualité du produit. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : presser un premier élément chauffant contre les surfaces supérieure et inférieure d'un bois de placage pour une période de temps prédéterminée afin d'assurer un séchage approprié; diviser le bois dans le sens de l'épaisseur en deux sections au moyen d'un diviseur approprié; placer un autre panneau ligneux entre les deux sections de bois de placage au moyen d'un élément adhésif de façon que les surfaces résultant de la division soient les surfaces extérieures, et que les veines des sections correspondent; et presser un deuxième élément chauffant contre les surfaces de la division pour effectuer une liaison entre les sections de bois de placage et le panneau ligneux.
