A method for pretreating a slurry containing a ruthenium catalyst for use in the continuous partial hydrogenation of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is disclosed. In this method, the above-mentioned slurry is heat treated at a temperature of from 60 to 180 °C for at least 10 minutes while agitating. By using the pretreated catalyst slurry in the above-mentioned continuous partial hydrogenation, partial hydrogenation reaction products can be efficiently obtained without suffering from the excess mixing of the components of the catalyst slurry into an oil phase containing the partial hydrogenation reaction products, thereby enabling operations and facilities required for separation to be simplified.
Divulgation d'une méthode pour prétraiter une bouillie contenant un catalyseur à base de ruthénium à utiliser durant l'hydrogénation partielle continue d'hydrocarbures aromatiques monocycliques. La méthode consiste à traiter la bouillie susmentionnée à la chaleur, tout en l'agitant, à une température allant de 60 à 180 degrés C pendant au moins 10 minutes. En utilisant la bouillie prétraitée contenant le catalyseur durant l'hydrogénation partielle continue, il est possible d'obtenir efficacement les produits de la réaction d'hydrogénation partielle sans avoir à subir de mélange excessif des composantes de la bouillie contenant le catalyseur dans une phase huileuse comprenant les produits de la réaction d'hydrogénation partielle, permettant ainsi de simplifier les opérations et les installations nécessaires à la séparation.
