A method for screening cancer comprises the following steps: (1) providing a test specimen; (2) detecting the methylation state of the CpG sequence in at least one target gene within the genomic DNA of the test specimen, wherein the target genes are consisted of PTPRR, ZNF582, PDE8B and DBC1; and (3) determining whether there is cancer or cancerous pathologi-cal change in the specimen based on the presence or absence of the methylation state in at least one target gene; wherein the method for detecting methylation state is methylation-specific PCR (MSP), quantitative methylation-specific PCR (QMSP), bisul-fite sequencing (BS), microarrays, mass spectrometer, denaturing high- performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) and the like.
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour le dépistage du cancer comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :(1) se procurer un échantillon de test; (2) détecter l'état de méthylation de la séquence CpG dans au moins un gène cible à l'intérieur de l'ADN génomique de l'échantillon de test, les gènes cibles étant choisis parmi PTPRR, ZNF582, PDE8B et DBC1; et (3) déterminer s'il y a un cancer ou un changement pathologique cancéreux dans l'échantillon sur la base de la présence ou de l'absence de l'état de méthylation dans au moins un gène cible; le procédé pour la détection de l'état de méthylation étant une PCR spécifique de la méthylation (MSP), une PCR spécifique de la méthylation quantitative (QMSP), un séquençage au bisulfite (BS), des puces à ADN, la spectrométrie de masse, la chromatographie liquide à haute performance en condition dénaturante (DHPLC) et similaire.
