The invention relates to a method of sensitizing cancer cells for a killer cell mediated lysis which involves administering to a patient an effective amount of antiestrogen and killer cells either jointly or sequentially, wherein the killer cells are selected from the group of NK cells, LAK cells and CTL cells and the antiestrogen is selected from the group of triphenylethylene class antiestrogens, such as tamoxifen or toremifene or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de sensibilisation de cellules cancéreuses destinées à la lyse induite par cellules "tueuses", et consistant à administrer à un patient une dose efficace d'un anti-oestrogène et de cellules "tueuses", soit conjointement soit séquentiellement, lesdites cellules "tueuses" étant choisies dans le groupe des cellules "tueuses naturelles" (NK), tueuses activées par lymphokine (LAK) et lymphocytes T cytotoxiques (CTL), et l'anti-oestrogène étant choisi dans le groupe des anti-oestrogènes de la classe des triphényléthylènes tels que tamoxifiène ou toremifène ou leurs sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
