The invention relates to a method of storing articles (21), resting directly on a rack shelf, in a set-down location (20) in a rack, and retrieving them therefrom, with a load-bearing means (1) with a loading platform (2) which can be displaced transversely to a rack aisle (R) and, for receiving articles (21), is pushed between a rack shelf (24) and the articles (21). The loading platform (2), as it receives articles (21), preferably during displacement in a direction transverse to the rack aisle (R), is lowered on the side which is directed towards the set-down location (20).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour entreposer et sortir du stock des marchandises (21) à charger de chargement dans ou depuis un emplacement (20) de rayonnage avec un moyen (1) de suspension de charge muni d'une plate-forme (2) de chargement pouvant se déplacer transversalement par rapport à une travée (R) de rayonnage, laquelle est déplacée entre un fond (24) de casier de rayonnage et les marchandises (21) à charger. Pour permettre un prélèvement ou une dépose en toute sécurité de différentes marchandises (21) à charger depuis un fond (24) de casier de rayonnage plan, il est prévu que la plate-forme (2) de chargement est abaissée sur le côté faisant face à l'emplacement (20) de rayonnage lors du prélèvement de la marchandise (21) à charger, de préférence pendant un mouvement de déplacement transversalement par rapport à la travée de rayonnage (R).
