The present invention relates to a method and a device for the assessment of at least one parameter of particles in a liquid analyte material, comprising providing a device comprising a sample compartment comprising an exposing domain, an inlet through which a volume of a liquid sample representing the analyte material can be introduced, and a flow system comprising at least a channel allowing at least a portion of the volume of the liquid sample to flow within the device. A volume of the liquid sample is introduced in the device through the inlet of the disposable device, passing at least a portion of the volume of the liquid sample through the flow system of the device into the exposing domain of the sample compartment, arranging the device in relation to detection device comprising a detection means for quantitatively detecting spatial image data and processing means for processing the detected image presentation detecting electromagnetic signals from the sample in the exposing domain of the device in the detection device forming, in the detection device, a spatial image representation of the exposing domain, and processing the detected image presentation obtaining the assessment of the at least one parameter.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à l'évaluation de l'un au moins des paramètres des particules d'un analyte liquide. Le dispositif de l'invention comporte un dispositif doté d'un compartiment à échantillon pourvu d'un domaine d'exposition, un orifice d'entrée servant à l'introduction d'un volume d'échantillon d'analyte liquide, et un système d'écoulement comprenant au moins un canal permettant à une partie au moins de l'échantillon liquide de circuler au sein du dispositif. Le procédé consiste à introduire un volume d'analyte liquide dans le dispositif par l'orifice d'entrée d'un dispositif jetable, puis à faire passer au moins une partie de l'échantillon liquide dans ledit système d'écoulement jusqu'au domaine d'exposition du compartiment à échantillon. Le procédé consiste ensuite à monter le dispositif en rapport avec un dispositif de détection comprenant un élément de détection permettant de détecter quantitativement des images tridimensionnelles numérisées et des organes de traitement destinés au traitement de la présentation de l'image détectée. Le procédé consiste enfin, d'une part à détecter dans le domaine d'exposition du dispositif des signaux électromagnétiques provenant de l'échantillon dans le dispositif de détection, de façon à former, dans ce dernier, une représentation tridimensionnelle du domaine d'exposition, et d'autre part à traiter ladite image pour aboutir à l'évaluation d'au moins un paramètre.
