The present invention relates to a method for the identification of an IRS protein kinase inhibitor, comprising the steps of a) bringing into contact PKC- .zeta. with at least one IRS peptide comprising at least one PKC-.zeta.-Ser- phosphorylation site in the presence of at least one putative inhibitor, and b) measuring the phosphorylation of the PKC-.zeta.-Ser-phosphorylation site.

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à l'identification d'un inhibiteur de protéine kinase IRS qui consiste en ce qui suit a) mettre en contact PKC-? avec au moins un peptide IRS comprenant au moins un site de PKC-?-Ser-phosphorylation en présence d'au moins un inhibiteur présumé et b) mesurer la phosphorylation du site de PKC-?-Ser-phosphorylation.
