The invention provides a method for the preparation of enantiomerically pure mirtazapine, said method comprising a step of ring closure of a compound of formula (II) wherein X is a leaving group, said step comprising treatment with an acid, whereby mirlazapine with enantiomeric excess is formed by the ring closure of the compound of formula (II) with enantiomeric excess by treatment with a suitable acid in the absence of a solvent or a suitable combination of an acid and an organic solvent.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de mirtazapine énantiomériquement pure, comprenant l'étape de fermeture du cycle d'un composé de formule (II), dans lequel X désigne un groupe labile, ladite étape comprenant le traitement par un acide, de telle sorte que la mirtazapine à énantiomère en excès soit formée par la fermeture du cycle du composé de formule (II) avec excès d'énantiomère par traitement avec un acide approprié, en absence d'un solvant ou d'une composition appropriée d'acide et de solvant organique.
