A method for removal of the monosaccharide in oligosaccharides production which includes the step of culturing the yeast. A further step involves mixing 8%- 12% (W/W) of yeast based on the weight of oligosaccharides and 0.1%-O.5% (W/W) of carbamide as nitrogen source with raw oligosaccharide syrup, and then adjusting the pH value to 4.5 - 6Ø A further step involves culturing the above oligosaccharides syrup at 23°C - 26°C for 20 -30 hours with intermittent agitation.
Divulgation d'une méthode pour éliminer le monosaccharide dans une production d'oligosaccharides, qui comprend une étape de culture de levure. Une autre étape consiste à mélanger de 8 à 12 % en poids de levure basé sur le poids d'oligosaccharides et de 0,1 à 0,5 % en poids d'urée comme source d'azote à un sirop brut d'oligosaccharides, puis à ajuster le pH à une valeur comprise entre 4,5 et 6,0.
