A system information transmitting and receiving method, wherein, the system information trans-mitting method includes that the sub--frames used to transmit other system information and the sub-frames used to transmit system information 1 are arranged in different time domain. With the present invention, the influ-ence to other system information due to re-transmission of SI-1 information can be reduced.
