A method for coating of a hearing aid said method comprising the deposition of an adhesion layer that does not develop corrosive reaction products. The method comprises applying an organometallic compound to the surface of the hearing aid component using vapour phase deposition, inducing a reaction to convert it to a metal oxide, then applying a silane molecule to the surface, and inducing a reaction between the applied silane molecule and the metal oxide. The invention also relates to a hearing aid comprising a component for a hearing aid provided with a hydrophobic coating comprising a layer of aluminium oxide, and a coating for a hearing aid component. The coating is produced in a system (701) for vapour phase deposition of precursors.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de revêtement d'un composant dappareil auditif, ledit procédé comprenant le dépôt d'une couche d'adhésion qui ne développe pas de produits de réaction de corrosion. Le procédé comprend l'application d'un composé organométallique à la surface du composant d'appareil auditif à l'aide d'un dépôt en phase vapeur, le déclenchement d'une réaction pour convertir le composé en un oxyde métallique, puis l'application d'une molécule de silane sur la surface et le déclenchement d'une réaction entre la molécule de silane appliquée et l'oxyde métallique. L'invention se rapporte également à un appareil auditif comprenant un composant pour un appareil auditif pourvu d'un revêtement hydrophobe comprenant une couche d'oxyde d'aluminium, et un revêtement pour un composant d'appareil auditif. Le revêtement est produit dans un système (701) permettant un dépôt en phase vapeur de précurseurs.
