The present invention relates to a process for dewatering organic liquids admixed with water, said process comprising bringing the admixture into contact with a molecular sieve, characterised in that the molecular sieve is pretreated so as to reduce its acid site concentration and attain an ammonia TPD value of 18 mmol/g or less prior to contact with the admixture.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de déshydratation de liquides organiques mélangés avec de l'eau, ce procédé consistant notamment à amener ce mélange en contact avec un tamis moléculaire, lequel est prétraité de sorte que sa concentration de sites d'acide est réduite et que ce tamis présente une valeur TPD d'ammoniac inférieure ou égale à 18 mmol/g, avant la mise en contact avec le mélange susmentionné.
