A method of forming an injectable radioactive composition, the method comprising the steps of: (a) depositing a solid form of technetium onto a carbon crucible; (b) preheating the solid form of technetium to remove any carrier; (c) plasma ablating the technetium and portions of the carbon crucible; (d) allowing the carbon and technetium metal to co-condense from the gas phase to produce a nanoparticle composite aerosol in an inert gas; (e) dispersing the nanoparticle composite in water containing a low concentration of surfactant using an electrostatic precipitator; (f) size fractionating the nanoparticle dispersion by filtration with hydrophilic membranes of known pore size.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de former une composition radioactive injectable, les étapes de ce procédé consistant à: (a) déposer une forme solide de technétium sur un creuset en carbone; (b) préchauffer cette forme solide de technétium afin d'éliminer les excipients éventuels; (c) ablater au plasma le technétium et des parties du creuset de carbone; (d) laisser le carbone et le technétium métallique se co-condenser à partir de la phase gazeuse pour produire un aérosol composite de nanoparticules dans un gaz inerte; (e) disperser le composite de nanoparticules dans de l'eau contenant une faible concentration de tensioactifs au moyen d'un appareil de précipitation électrostatique; (f) effectuer un fractionnement granulométrique des nanoparticules par filtration à travers des membranes hydrophiles présentant une dimension de pores connue.
