There is a method of manufacturing organic thin film devices comprising the steps of dissolving an organic material in a first solvent, thereby providing a first solution; dissolving an inorganic salt in a second solvent, thereby providing a second solution; blending the first solution with the second solution, thereby providing a blended solution; and using the blended solution to prepare organic thin films in the manufacture of the organic thin film devices. Alternatively, the inorganic salt may be added directly to the first solution to provide an inorganic salt-doped solution that is then used to prepare the organic thin films in the manufacture of the organic thin film devices.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de dispositifs à films minces organiques. Ce procédé consiste à dissoudre une matière organique dans un premier solvant, ce qui engendre une première solution, à dissoudre un sel non organique dans un second solvant, ce qui produit une seconde solution, à mélanger la première solution avec la seconde solution, ce qui débouche sur une solution mélangée, et à utiliser la solution mélangée afin de préparer des films minces organiques, au cours de la fabrication de dispositifs à films minces organiques. En outre, le sel non organique peut être ajouté directement à la première solution en vue d'engendrer une solution dopée au sel non organique qui est alors utilisée pour préparer les films minces organiques, au long de la fabrication desdits dispositifs.
