Disclosed is a method of injection-molding for epoxy resin moldings wherein an epoxy resin composition is used as starting material, a molding cycle is shortened, a continuous molding operation is possible and a waste portion after curing can be minimized as well as an injection-moldable epoxy resin composition excellent in thermal stability possessing latent-type curing characteristics capable of rapidly promoting curing reaction in a metal mold without being cured in an injection molding machine. The aforesaid method is carried out by charging an epoxy resin composition possessing the latent-type curing characteristics into a mini-sprue metal mold which is composed of a manifold part, a mini-sprue part and an ejector-plate part and wherein a metal mold temperature at the manifold part is so maintained that the epoxy resin composition is molten but curing of the composition is not promoted, and injection-molding the composition.
Le présent brevet porte sur une méthode de moulage de résine époxydique par injection dans laquelle un composé de résine époxydique est utilisé comme matériau d'amorce, le cycle de moulage est réduit, le moulage en continu est possible et une partie de rebut après durcissement peut être réduite. L'invention porte aussi sur un composé de résine époxydique moulable par injection, ayant une excellente stabilité thermique et possédant des caractéristiques de durcissement latent capable de promouvoir rapidement une réaction de durcissement dans un moule en métal sans devoir être durci dans une machine à moulage par injection. La méthode susmentionnée est appliquée en chargeant un composé de résine époxydique possédant des caractéristiques de durcissement latent dans un moule en métal de mini-coulée composé d'un élément collecteur, d'un élément de mini-coulée et d'un élément plaque-éjecteur et dans laquelle la température d'un moule en métal au niveau du collecteur est maintenue de telle sorte que la résine époxydique est fondue, mais que le durcissement du composé n'est pas amorcé, et le moulage par injection du composé.
