A method for making a screen assembly for a vibratory separator, the method comprising the steps of placing at least two layers of screening material one on top of the other, introducing glue to one of the at least two layers of screening material for adhering at least portions of them together, said glue introduced to one of the at least two layers of screening material from a roller with a patterned surface thereon such that the amount of glue is introduced to the at least two layers of screening material in a pattern substantially corresponding to said patterned surface of the roller. The invention also provides a method for making a screen, said method comprising the step of injecting glue on to a first screening material in a predetermined pattern, pressing at least a second screening material thereon to form a multi- layered screen. The invention also relates to a screen made by the methods and to systems for making a screen in accordance with the methods.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un assemblage de tamis, destiné à un séparateur vibrant, qui consiste à placer deux toiles de tamis l'une sur l'autre, à introduire de la colle sur une des deux toiles de tamis afin de faire adhérer au moins des parties de ces toiles ensemble, la colle étant étendue à partir d'un rouleau comportant une surface à motif telle que la quantité de colle soit introduite, sur au moins une des deux toiles de tamis, selon un motif correspondant sensiblement au motif du rouleau. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication d'un tamis qui consiste à injecter de la colle sur une première toile de tamis selon un motif prédéterminé, à presser au moins une seconde toile de tamis sur la première afin de former un tamis à couches multiples. Elle concerne aussi un tamis fabriqué selon les procédés, ainsi que les systèmes de fabrication d'un tamis selon les procédé.
