A method for making a screen for a vibratory separator, the method comprising applying glue in a glue pattern to at least one layer of screening material useful for screening fluid introduced to a vibratory separator, said applying done by powered moving mechanical glue application means. Preferably, the glue is heated moisture-curing hot melt glue, the method further comprising heating the glue. Advantageously, the method further comprises the step of spraying the screen to speed up the curing of the glue.The invention also relates to a screen and an apparatus for making a screen of the invention.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé servant à fabriquer un crible pour un séparateur vibrant, ce procédé consistant à appliquer de la colle selon un tracé sur au moins une couche d'un matériau de criblage destinée au criblage d'un fluide introduit dans un séparateur vibrant, cette application étant réalisée par un moyen d'application de colle mécanique à entraînement électrique. La colle est de préférence une colle thermofusible à durcissement par humidité chauffée, ledit procédé consistant en outre à chauffer la colle. Avantageusement, ce procédé consiste en outre à pulvériser le crible pour accélérer le durcissement de la colle. Cette invention concerne également un crible et un appareil de fabrication d'un tel crible.
