The present invention is directed to a method of manufacturing a porous metal sheet having pores forming a pattern, comprising the steps of supplying metal powders to a peripheral surface of at least one pattern roller of a pair of rollers, on which a pattern consisting of a large number of depressions is formed; dropping metal powders to the depressions and accumulating metal powders on the peripheral surface of the pattern roller except on the depressions; and directly rolling the metal powders accumulated on the peripheral surface of the pattern roller by rotating a pair of rollers. It is preferable to laminate porous metal sheets or solid metal sheets manufactured by a method other than the above-described method on the metal sheet manufactured by the above-described method.
Méthode de fabrication de feuilles de métal poreux contenant des trous dont la disposition forme un dessin. Cette méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : répandre des poudres métalliques sur la surface extérieure de l'un au moins des deux rouleaux utilisés, un dessin étant réalisé sur le pourtour de ce rouleau à dessin au moyen d'un grand nombre de creux; laisser tomber les poudres métalliques dans les creux et les laisser s'accumuler sur toute la surface extérieure du rouleau à dessin à l'exception des creux; et laminer directement les poudres métalliques accumulées sur la surface extérieure du rouleau à dessin en faisant tourner une paire de rouleaux. Il est préférable de laminer des feuilles de métal poreux ou de métal solide fabriquées en utilisant une méthode différente de celle décrite ci-dessus sur la feuille de métal qui, elle, est fabriquée d'après la méthode sus-décrite.
