A method of manufacturing a rubber woven rug, the method comprising the steps of: mixing raw materials; extruding the raw materials through at least one mould to produce a rubber yam; vulcanizing the rubber yarn in a steam chamber to provide vulcanized yarn; loading vulcanized yarn on a loom; and weaving said vulcanized yarn to provide a rubber woven rug.
