The invention relates to a method of producing a turbine blade half (1,2) using resin infusion moulding. According to the invention said method comprises the steps of - providing a mould (3) for a turbine blade shell with fibre mats (4), - placing a strengthening member (6) over the fibre mats in the mould; - placing a air- impermeable sealing layer (17) over the fibre mats and against the strengthening member; - introducing a curable resin in the fibre mats under reduced pressure, including in the area below the strengthening member; and - curing the resin to form a turbine blade half, said turbine blade half comprising a turbine blade shell attached to the strength ening member. The invention also relates to a turbine blade half, a method of producing a turbine blade (123), and to a turbine blade.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une moitié d'aube de turbine (1,2) à l'aide d'un moulage par injection de résine. Selon l'invention, ledit procédé comporte les étapes : - de disposition d'un moule (3) pour une coque d'aube de turbine avec des mats fibreux (4); - de mise en place d'un élément de renfort (6) sur les mats fibreux dans le moule; - de mise en place d'une couche d'étanchéité (17) imperméable à l'air sur les mats fibreux et contre l'élément de renfort; - d'introduction d'une résine pouvant durcir dans les mats fibreux sous une pression réduite, y compris dans la zone au-dessous de l'élément de renfort, et de durcissement de la résine pour former une moitié d'aube de turbine, ladite moitié d'aube de turbine comportant une coque d'aube de turbine fixée à l'élément de renfort. L'invention porte également sur une moitié d'aube de turbine, sur un procédé de fabrication d'une aube de turbine (123) et sur une aube de turbine.
