A rational production process for the manufacturing of insulated/isolatable building elements (foundation, wall, roof, ceiling or floor elements) in reinforced (4, 11, 12) concrete and having pegwood-forming ledges (4') connected (16, l7) to the reinforcement (4, 11, 12) and joining a concrete plate (2) via reinforced (11, 12) concrete ribs (3). For the casting process; a rectangular horizontally oriented upward open casting mould (13, 13') is utilized. One type of element is to have spaced cavities (15) for the subsequent embedment of soft insulation mats. For this type of elements, one uses a casting mould (13, 13') having spaced fixed cavity boxes (14), the spacings therebetween accomodating said pegwood- forming ledges (4'). A connection between said ledges (4') and said reinforcement (11, 12, 16, 17) is established within said mould (13, 13'). A main reinforcing net (4) is now positioned and attached to the reinforcing means (12) of the ledges (4'). Thereafter, concrete is filled into the mould. Prior to, during or immediately subsequent to hardening, one may effect the desired working on the freely accesible to surface (2) of concrete.

Procédé de fabrication rationnel destiné à fabriquer des éléments de construction isolés/isolables (fondations, murs, toits, plafonds ou planchers) en béton armé (4, 11, 12) et possédant des corniches (4') en fusain reliées (16, 17) à l'armature (4, 11, 12) ainsi qu'à une plaque (2) de béton par l'intermédiaire de nervures (3) en béton armé (11, 12). Lors du procédé de coulage, l'on utilise un moule de coulage (13, 13') réctangulaire horizontal et ouvert vers le haut. Dans un mode de réalisation de l'élément, ce dernier possède des évidements (15) espacés destinés à l'encastrement ultérieur de nattes isolantes souples. Pour ce genre d'élément, l'on utilises un moule (13, 13') de coulage qui possède des caissons (14) à évidement immobiles et espacés, les espaces entre eux servant à loger lesdites corniches (4') en fusain. Une connexion entre lesdites corniches (4') et ladite armature (11, 12, 16, 17) est établie à l'intérieur dudit moule (13, 13'). Un réseau (4) d'armature est mis en place et fixé à l'armature (12) des corniches (4'). Ensuite, du béton est versé dans le moule. Avant, pendant ou immédiatement après le durcissement, l'on peut effectuer le travail souhaité sur la surface (2) librement accessible du béton.
